PowerPoint training – structure, design and implementation
Before a PowerPoint training course, there is often uncertainty about how to effectively prepare content, how to quickly achieve good results, or how to best utilize existing master slides and templates. This is precisely where I come in.
In my PowerPoint training courses, I impart a clear understanding of design fundamentals, target audience orientation, and effective visual structure. We explore how to structure content clearly, create master slides, and efficiently utilize existing company master slides. The targeted—and GDPR-compliant—use of AI tools is also addressed, as is the conscious decision to refrain from using them where appropriate.
After the training, participants are able to create significantly better presentations in a shorter time, use animations effectively, and present content confidently, professionally, and convincingly.
AI training – orientation, safety and meaningful application
Many people have unanswered questions when dealing with artificial intelligence: What tools are available? What can be used in the company? How am I allowed to use AI – and where does it actually save time?
In my AI training courses, I provide clarity and guidance. Together, we examine the market for relevant AI applications, categorize their potential uses, and discuss which tools are suitable for which tasks.
Participants develop a clear understanding of what AI can achieve – and where its limitations lie. A particular focus is placed on the responsible handling of data, as well as data protection and compliance. Using practical examples and exercises, we identify concrete applications in everyday work, with an emphasis on productivity, creative applications, and – by arrangement – individual learning objectives.
